This process helped me write blogs that RANK and bring tons of TRAFFIC
Approximately 409 million people read blogs every month.
Whether it’s your usual gossip or trending news, blogs are a great source of information.
But writing each word that is loved or adorned by the readers is a kind of challenging task.
And that’s why here in this edition, I’m going to explain the exact framework I always follow while writing an SEO-friendly blog post.
First, I write a blog in Google Docs or MS Office.
After completing the writing process, I manually proofread and fixed any grammatical and punctuation mistakes.
Why manually?
Manual proofreading is a great way to check the tone and intent of the article.
After manual proofreading, I use Grammarly and Quillbot to proofread blog posts or articles.
With the help of Grammarly, I can correct minor grammatical mistakes.
Now, I take a break of 30 to 1 hour.
Back to writing, I cross-check my blog with the client brief and ensure everything aligns with the client brief.
After that, I insert my blog into Quetext software to check for plagiarism
(NOTE: always use the paid version of plagiarism software as it provides the accurate plagiarism percentage in your blog).
Now, I read again as a reader or sometimes I tell my sister to read my blog as a reader and give me feedback.
If everything goes well, I email the final draft to the client.
If you are like me who loves to enjoy writing a blog by yourself without the use of any AI tools, you should definitely follow a robust blog writing checklist.
DON’T FORGET, AI tools are already conquering the market. So, to thrive, you should come up with a robust approach.
